Primary Responsibilities:

  • Management of billing, collections and payments.
  • Preparation and monitoring of budgets.
  • Research for cost reduction.
  • Assistance to management.
  • Management of the office.

The requirements that we look for in the candidate are:

  • Essential management experience.
  • Training in business administration.
  • Extremely organized and autonomous person.

PRESS OFFICER

We are looking for a Press Officer for our communication agency in Barcelona.

The functions to perform would be:

  • Planning, execution and monitoring of press campaigns.
  • Creation of materials for the campaigns: press releases, image folder, etc.
  • Management and experience in clipping tools.
  • Contact with media.

The requirements that we look for in the candidate are:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in communication agency.
  • Proactive person, with large doses of autonomy and ability to work as a team.
  • Essential level of English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of design programs.
  • Own contacts calendar.
  • Previous knowledge of the architecture and design sector will be positively valued.

Offer:

  • 3 first half-day months, morning hours. After that period of time, if the candidate works, it can be extended to full-time.
  • Location: Barcelona
  • Salary: to negotiate according to profile and experience of the candidate.
